2-year warranty on materials and workmanship.

CHUCK is built to last — floor format, Made in Germany, fully tested. Still: if something on your unit is defective, the manufacturer warranty applies for 24 months from the date of purchase. All you need is your proof of purchase.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Not covered is damage caused by improper handling (e.g. drop damage, liquid, self-modifications). If in doubt: just contact support — we'll sort it out pragmatically.

2 · We check

If your CHUCK needs to be sent in: you get a return label. We cover the shipping.

3 · We repair

In our workshop. Fast, transparent, with status updates.

Want to withdraw, not repair?

If your CHUCK isn't defective but simply not your sound — no problem. Within 30 days of receipt you can withdraw without giving any reason.
