CHUCK has four effects built in: REVERB, DELAY, CHORUS and WAH. That gives you everything you need for a flexible, versatile setup.

• Preset Mode: Here you scroll through the presets (footswitches 1-7) and get straight to playing. Blue LED ring around the MODE/TUNER switch.
• Edit Mode: Shape your presets to taste. Green LED ring around the MODE/TUNER switch.

In both modes you can dial in deeper parameters for each effect (REVERB, DELAY, CHORUS, WAH) via Expert Mode.

To save a preset, dial in the settings you want and, in Preset Mode, press and hold one of buttons 1-7 for a few seconds. Once the save is successful, you get a confirmation on the display. In the STUDIO software, saving is dead simple via the "SAVE CHANGES" button in the preset tile.

The analog tube preamp is manipulated digitally by a dedicated circuit that lets you switch back and forth between different tonestacks and voicings. So you get the perfect mix of analog tube tone and digital flexibility.

Yes, you can easily load your own IRs into the IR Loader via the STUDIO software. Just head to the „IR Loader“ tile and manage the list using the "Manage List" button.

The preset modes differ mainly in their sound. From clean tones all the way to fat metal sounds, it is all there – so you are perfectly equipped for every style.

CHUCK uses high-quality ROAR E83CC tubes in the preamp. They guarantee you a rich, powerful sound.

To patch effects into the FX loop, connect them to the FX SEND and FX RETURN jacks. If needed, CHUCK can supply power via the DC OUT jack. Then you activate the FX loop in the menu and set it up however you like.

Our built-in tuner is chromatic, which means you can set any tuning you like – perfect for different tunings.

CHUCK comes with a whole range of connections that give you maximum flexibility:

Yes, CHUCK also works as an audio interface for your home studio. Thanks to the USB ASIO driver you can record straight into your DAW and enjoy the excellent sound quality.

Just plug in your headphones, set the level in the Output Control and you can practice quietly without bothering your neighbors.

Yes, thats possible. Several CHUCKs can run at the same time and get different names so you can tell them apart easily.

Firmware updates run straight through the STUDIO software. As soon as an update is available, you can start it right there in the software.

Right now there is no mobile app for CHUCK. It is controlled exclusively via the STUDIO software.

CHUCK is extremely rugged. The floor format was engineered specifically for stability and durability, to hold up under the harshest stage conditions.

Best to clean CHUCK with a dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. If needed, you can use a slightly damp cloth with a bit of mild cleaner, such as dish soap. Just make sure CHUCK is unplugged from the mains first.
